Explore Beijing’s opulent palaces, temples, parks and gardens, tombs, walls and gates, pearls, acrobatic shows and art treasures to experience it’s rich heritage and culture.
Arrival at Beijing the day before the tour. On arrival in Beijing, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel in Beijing. Free for the rest of the day.
For the Tour, depart your hotel at 9am.
Your exploration begins with a visit to the stunning Temple of Heaven visited by the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven.
Stop at a Local Restaurant for lunch.
Next, explore one of the world’s largest public areas—Tiananmen Square, home to the National Museum of China, the mausoleum of Mao Zedong and the great Monument to the Peoples’ Heroes.
Pass through the south gate to the magnificent Forbidden City, a 250-acre complex of courtyards, palaces, pavilions and gardens, which served as the Imperial Palace for emperors and their households for more than 500 years.
Enjoy the Chinese amazing Acrobatic show.
Return to hotel around 7pm
Pearl Market, for the bargain shopping is an Option.
Depart from your hotel at 8:30am.
On the way to The Mutianyu Great Wall, if traffic allows, stop to photograph the iconic "Bird's Nest"– the Beijing National Stadium, host to many spectacular events of the 2008 Summer Olympics.
At the The Mutianyu Great Wall,you’ll enjoy a less hurried experience and take time to marvel at this wondrous structure and the surrounding hillsides.
Stop at a Local Restaurant for lunch
Contunue to a well-preserved royal garden, the Summer Palace. Renowned for its beautiful landscape and spectacular architecture, the Summer Palace has been listed in the World Heritage Sites and is considered one of the most classical gardens of the world.
To the Drum Tower, if time permits, to watch the drum beating performance (last performance starts at 4:50pm).
Next, you will ride a rickshaw and visit a local family in their home.
Return to the hotel around 6pm.
